Maturity is knowing you were an idiot in the past.

Wisdom is knowing you'll be an idiot in the future.

Common sense is knowing you should not to be an idiot now.

I am a wife & mother.  My family is my life.  My husband and I are proud parents to six year old Colby, four year old Dylan and 20 month old Ally.  My parents live directly behind me.  And, yes, just like on "Everybody Loves Raymond", the line blurs between my house and theirs.  My brother & his wife also live in our neighborhood.  Even if family wasn’t my life, I am physically unable to escape it.

I recently decided to start chronicling anything remotely interesting we do with the kids.  Mainly because I'm so forgetful but also I can point at this website when they complain about never doing anything fun. 

I hope you enjoy my blog.  Or not.  Doesn’t matter, I’m still gonna post stuff.  You should get a blog and do the same.
